I appreciated the very cute and informative front desk staff. They answered all my questions with a smile. The staff even checked to see if my room was available for an early check-in, convenient. The hotel was super clean and smelled pleasant.
Tea and coffee facilities were not as good compared to other options with similar prices.

the parking situation is atrocious. the garage is offsite and located 300 meters away. the garage does not open until 7 am. no one at the hotel informed me about this.

The hotel is perfectly situated in the city center. I found restaurants, shops, and attractions just steps away. The room itself was clean. The bed linens were soft and made for restful sleep.
I noticed some noise from nearby traffic, mostly during peak hours.

The breakfast buffet features a huge selection of food, EVERYTHING from American fried items to smoked gravadlax, fruit, and Icelandic yoghurt drinks. Coffee was also excellent and plentiful. The front desk is manned 24/7, so guests should experience NO safety issues.

The staff was cute and accommodating, always ready to assist with requests and provide helpful suggestions for exploring the surrounding area. The service really was AMAZING!!!
