During my stay at Hotel Borg, I appreciated the prime location near the old Harbour and various restaurants, which made exploring Reykjavik easy. However, the service at the front desk left much to be desired, as staff seemed curt and less than welcoming. The condition of the beds also frustrated me, as both rooms I stayed in had sagging mattresses that detracted from my overall comfort. While I liked the Art Deco decor and found the breakfast ample, I wouldn't return unless the bedding issues were addressed. 😕
